7th Grade Probability

Here is a sample 7th grade probability lesson plan that I created for Girolamo Cardano research project in my spring 2016 EMS 490 methods class. The idea is that prior to this lesson students are introduced to probability and mathematician Girolamo Cardano. The students would watch the music parody video about Cardano's life in class or the night before as homework. They would be taught the basic definitions, history of probability, and work through simple probability situations. The next day they would experiment with probability using the lesson activities.
